I was trained in the US and hold credentials in both Hong Kong and the US. I have been practicing for over 25 years. My practice is built on doctoral-level clinical training and extensive specialization in trauma modalities like EMDR, Brainspotting, and Parts Work approaches such as Internal Family Systems and Ego State work. I provide evidence-based care grounded in the latest psychological research.
Based in Hong Kong but having lived in many regions and coming from a mixed ethnic background, I understand the unique international ecosystem and cultural nuances faced by expatriates, cross-cultural individuals, and Third-Culture individuals. My approach prioritizes culturally-sensitive, safe, and effective therapeutic support.
